We'd love to have you THE ROLE This is a brand new, multifaceted role supporting the Head of Operations and Production Team to help implement key projects to facilitate the day to day running of operations. It would suit someone who is very proactive, energetic and self-motivated with a solution-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Reporting to (and supported by) our Head of Operations you will be an integral part in the team, working collaboratively with our production and fulfilment team. YOU WILL You will assist the Operations team to implement key projects such as NPD, warehouse expansion, sourcing new suppliers and to improve and implement processes: Work with the Production team on admin tasks and develop relationships with suppliers. Support our fulfilment team to facilitate warehouse expansion. Support the management of supply and production, to improve efficiencies of stock and packaging. YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCE This role would suit someone with some operations/production experience, ideally, but not essential in a food supplement manufacturing role and share our enthusiasm about wellness and sustainability. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate: Great communication and collaboration skills, and excellence at building relationships both internally and externally. Meticulous documentation skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects Flexibility to change, team-oriented collaborative working approach and an ability to work independently and with initiative. Managing new suppliers checklists and ensuring existing suppliers form are up to date. Continually review existing processes and provide solutions for optimisation and refinement.
