Job Summary: The Position holder is responsible for supporting the recruiting function as a Recruitment Intern, assisting with the entire recruitment process. The position reports to the EUR Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator. Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Involvement in assessment days by assisting to organize Attendance at career fairs and events to attract new talent Organization of internal recruitment activities Requesting packages for new hire candidates Coordinates onboarding of new candidates, assisting with document collection, medical and visa support Communicating with learning centers and HSE Team to register new employees for training Supporting the intake of new interns, 3rd year placements, and Field Summer Internships Processing candidate expenses Submitting requests for purchase orders Maintaining relationships with universities and schools across Europe Qualifications: In process of obtaining a bachelor's degree or a master’s degree in Business Management, or Human Resources Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction A valid right to work status in the UK is required for the whole duration of the internship.
