Company & Role: As Business Development Manager, you will be creating connections between brands and consumers with employee benefits, rewarding acquisition, engagement, and loyalty schemes. To name a few, some of the onboarded clients include Lloyds, Boots, Vue Cinema and many more. From food to films, coffee and more - helping people save money without compromising on lifestyle.
You will be required in the Huddersfield office 3 days a week and 2 days working from home. As Business Development Manager, this is a 100% new business role, to drive growth nationally. Therefore, experience in new business and client relationships is a must.

Requirements:
7. Minimum 1 year experience in B2B new business / sales environment
8. Experience in consultative selling with HR Professionals, C-Suites, Multiple Stakeholders.
9. A natural relationship builder and problem solver.
10. Desirable: similar HR Platform / Benefits Platform experience.
