We have a fabulous opportunity at DS Smith for a talented, self-directed, and high energy individual to join the Recycling & Paper teams as our Marketing Director. This is a fantastic role for the right candidate with a real opportunity to drive our marketing agenda forward in a dynamic and fast paced business. This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role is a crucial part of the Marketing team, as you will be leading the deployment of our value proposition strategy across Europe, and the implementation of key initiatives to ensure business and brand metrics are achieved. This role will be liaising with teams in our Packaging Division, other Marketing teams as well as the Senior Leadership Teams and therefore, someone with excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organisation with the ability to influence and enthuse would be perfect to deliver a strong, coordinated marketing plan. The successful candidate would be managing a high performing Paper & Recycling marketing team, inspiring, and mentoring to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
