The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to work exclusively with one of our talents. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional who can conceptualise ideas, shoot compelling content, and edit for various media platforms. Proficiency across all social media channels, media formats, and tools like Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
As our Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in crafting engaging, cultural and trend led visual and written content that amplifies the profiles of our talent and drives audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Conceptualisation: Develop innovative ideas and strategies for content that aligns with the brand and talent goals.
2. Content Creation: Produce high-quality content across formats, including photos, videos, graphics, and written copy.
3. Editing and Post-Production: Edit video and photo content to professional standards, ensuring consistent quality and style.
4. Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across all major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
5. Graphic Design: Design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and suggest improvements for content effectiveness.
7. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and algorithm changes to keep content fresh and effective.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with talent, Creative strategists and PR, to ensure alignment with overall branding and goals.
Person Specification
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in content creation, including ideation, shooting, and editing.
* Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
* Strong video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
* Expertise in social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Ability to create content for various formats (e.g., stories, reels, posts, long-form videos).
* Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
* Understanding of brand consistency and audience engagement strategies.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with motion graphics or animation (e.g., After Effects).
* Photography and lighting expertise.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to optimise content for search-ability.
* Experience in talent branding or personal branding strategies.
