This will involve liaising with Service Managers within the divisions about specific clinic requirements. The role will include management of the EPIC system on a day to day basis to ensure clinics are uploaded efficiently to ensure appropriate revenue to the Trust. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The post holder will work with the e-Referrals /OPD manager to ensure that appropriate entry is made on to the system for both new and follow up patients. Development and collation of reports: this may include analysing data, implementing agreed outcomes and presenting the information for and on behalf of the e-Referrals/OPD systems manager when requested. Support the e-Referrals/OPD systems manager in ensuring that the systems are available on a daily basis to end-users and provide support where necessary. Respond to and resolve urgent requests with system problems. A record of these must also be kept. Building and maintaining all outpatient clinics on EPIC for a variety of specialties. This will include working closely with the operational/Service managers and clinicians to ensure clinic profiles and specialties are accurate. Attaching the correct Directory of Service to appropriate clinics on the clinic templates in EPIC ensuring that both referrers and patients have access to appointments.
