We are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive individual to join our Teaching Assistant team. The successful candidate must have a good standard of education, to include Maths and English GCSE. The role will involve supporting class teachers across the school as well as assisting in our after-school club provision each day. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, who has the ability and flexibility to undertake this role and is:
1. Knowledgeable in strategies to engage and enthuse children
2. Committed to children making progress and the flexibility to work with children aged from 4 to 11
3. Enthusiastic and supportive to both teachers and pupils
4. A good team player willing to use initiative and take on a variety of roles in a busy classroom environment
