Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Worker based in Plymouth. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing daily assistance to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. Tasks include aiding with personal care, supporting residents with their daily activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding standards.
Qualifications
* Experience as Support Workers, with strong Interpersonal Skills
* Knowledge of Safeguarding practices and principles
* Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with residents and team members
* Technical Support skills to maintain and update care records
* Relevant certification or training in care support
* Compassionate and patient demeanor
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
