Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a new challenge in Children's Mental Health?
The post holder will be a member of the West Team for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) and will have responsibility for the assessment, treatment and evaluation of intensive treatment provided to clients referred to the team.
Personal and professional development is a requirement of the post and will be supported through both internal and external training opportunities. Preceptorship and developmental roles available.
The post holder will be required to work 9-5 Monday to Friday or a minimum of 30 hours over the week.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive, holistic psycho-social assessment and interventions for children and adolescents presenting with mental health difficulties, and their families/carers, referred to Specialist CAMHS. We are looking specifically for an OT to balance skill mix and interventions available within our team.
You will work autonomously and collaboratively with team members providing services at clinical bases and within client's homes, as well as a range of other settings as appropriate.
