We are seeking a proactive and diligent temporary Administrator to join our Secretarial & Business Support team within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.

Description
The key responsibilities of a temporary Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to:
1. Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
2. Organising and scheduling meetings as required.
3. Attending meetings and minute/note taking.
4. Document writing and disseminating as appropriate.
5. Handling office correspondence and filing systems.
6. Ensuring databases and records are kept up-to-date.
7. Involved in data input on to computer system.
8. Updating stakeholder systems to capture up to date data and information.
9. Performing general office duties as needed.
10. Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks when necessary.
11. Upholding company standards and procedures.
Profile
A successful temporary Administrator should have:
1. Experience in administrative roles, ideally within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
2. Strong organisational and planning skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
7. Ability to commute to Stockport.
