We are looking for a self-motivated go-getter (and a quick learner!) to join our fast-growing media team in Europe. The Marketplace Media Specialist is accountable for successfully managing Amazon & other marketplace media campaigns for Podean clients throughout Europe. The primary responsibilities in this role are to be the go-to Marketplace media expert for your clients & team and successfully lead the day-to-day Marketplace media campaigns.
Your contribution is of a critical nature for our clients and will consist of the following tasks and activities:
* A key of contact for clients, third-party vendors, and internal departments for matters involving paid search. Daily in-person or email/phone communication with clients and internal departments managing other digital services for clients.
* Contributes to the development and execution of market strategies for marketplace media campaigns, including developing strategic roadmaps, test plans, and risk/benefit analysis; as well as analyzing results and developing actionable insights.
* In collaboration with other media specialists, responsible for understanding objectives from client and account leadership and translating into strategy and tactics for marketplace media campaigns.
* Employs analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to effectively and efficiently manage campaigns.
* Provides proactive management and coaching of others supporting account; effectively communicating task execution and timeline requirements, strategic guidance, and constructive feedback to aid in their growth in their core functional areas or responsibilities. Responsible for performance evaluations and feedback.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:
* 1-3 years working with Amazon/Marketplace media, with experience managing campaigns in UK, Germany and other European markets.
* In-Platform experience with Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP would be of benefit.
* In-Platform experience with campaign bidding/management tools would also be advantageous.
* Analysis, Thought Leadership & Communication. The ability to think critically is essential
* Good professional presence and communication skills
* Data analysis and problem-solving skills; able to draw conclusions and, with guidance, you are able to devise strategic recommendations based on findings
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, vlookups, and chart building.
* Ability to work independently and effectively multitask across multiple priorities
* Bachelor’s Degree
