About the Role:
We’re searching for passionate and dynamic SEN Teachers to join specialist settings in the Rhondda area. You’ll deliver tailored lessons to students with complex learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and PMLD. This role involves adapting the curriculum, fostering a nurturing classroom environment, and leading a team of dedicated teaching assistants.
✅ Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, adapted lessons that meet diverse needs.
* Lead and inspire a team of teaching assistants.
* Provide tailored support for students with complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with professionals (therapists, medical staff) to meet holistic student needs.
* Support students’ social and emotional development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience in SEN or a strong passion for supporting ALN/SEMH students.
* Proven ability to differentiate lessons for individual needs.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
* Adaptability, creativity, and resilience.
