Signature is a forward-thinking company, due to launch many exciting new projects in 2025. The position will be to head up our Sales Team in our new, luxury, Whitley Bay office, which is currently under renovation.
About The Role:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager, who not only excels in driving sales but also demonstrates the ability to generate and manage their own figures effectively.
The position will be reporting to the Regional Sales & Lettings Manager.
Key Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To):
1. Meet & exceed sales targets - including exceeding revenue and transaction goals
2. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and proactive lead generation
3. Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly figures to the Regional Sales & Lettings Manager
4. Negotiate sales with confidence & skill
5. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
6. Manage a Sales Team, ensuring each team member is focused and motivated to hit their own personal targets
About You:
1. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in Estate Agency
2. Relentless drive for success – highly motivated by figures and results
3. Strong self-starter mentality – thrives in a target-driven environment.
4. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
5. Deep understanding of the property market and sales process
6. Full UK driving license and own vehicle
