Role Description
* Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
* Experience in receptionist duties
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work
* Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus
* Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred
* Using hosted multi-line phone systems to place, take calls and record messages
* Contacting employees regarding visitors
* Sorting and distributing mail
* Prioritising phone calls, messages and visitors by urgency and importance
* Organising boardroom schedules to prevent overlapping meetings or bookings
* Scanning, copying, binding and emailing documents for record keeping
* Arranging for and serving drinks or snacks to clients
* Ordering office staples like sugar, milk, air freshener, printing paper and pens
* Answering general queries coming from the general public
