The role is based at the One Trafford Depot in Wythenshawe and will involve visits to locations across Trafford, including the Town Hall. Access to your own vehicle and a full driving license are required.
Flexibility will be required to work outside of regular office hours including evenings, weekends. Out-of-hour working is always planned so you will have plenty of notice. The role is agile and includes working from various locations including Trafford Town Hall and One Trafford Depot, with some home working. We will offer flexibility where we can if you are interested in the role, please speak to the recruiting manager about what flexibility they might consider.

Working with filming agencies to ensure safe recording of media including films and photography provides variety whilst also showcasing Trafford on a national and international stage.

About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity within our team to enable us to grow our customer and commercial offer, whilst showcasing Trafford on a national and international stage. You’ll be administering existing advertisement contracts and look for new opportunities, whilst being the focal point for agencies to record media across Trafford, including on the highway, Council-owned and maintained parks and Council buildings.
You will be working from our Wythenshawe office, Trafford Town Hall, undertaking site visits and working from home. You’ll be working closely with colleagues within the Highways, Transport and Environment team and building on / creating new relationships with advertisers and agencies.
About you
You will have excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to engage with internal departments, private businesses and customers. Experience in marketing / communications and stakeholder engagement would be beneficial as would a desire to expand and improve our existing offer.
