LTF Recruitment are thrilled to be offering an exciting opportunity as a behaviour mentor within one of our excellent alternative provisions located in Chesterfield.
Responsibilities:
1. Support students in managing their behavior and emotional well-being.
2. Implement strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement.
3. Work closely with teaching staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
4. Monitor and report on student progress.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
4. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
