Sales Administrator

£25,000 basic salary Plus Bens
Working hours: Monday: Thursday 8:45am till 5:15pm & Friday: 8:45am till 4:15pm
Our client is now seeking an Sales Administrator, you will be a key member of a small but busy Sales Office, acting as first point of contact for telephone enquiries and a key contributor in the preparation of quotes and entering sales orders.
Computer literacy is essential and experience with Microsoft Office applications such as WORD and EXCEL is desirable. An excellent communicator and positive telephone manner are a must.
The main duties will be:
* Processing incoming sales orders using an SAP based order entry system
* Provide quotations
* Communication with both customers and colleagues via telephone, email and internet
* Account management of existing customers.
* Progress chasing, handling customer enquiries and customer complaints
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
* Be able to demonstrate a successful track record in an sales support or sales admin role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office - Word & Excel
* Proven experience to work as part of a team.
* Displays a good attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
* Confident communicator both written and verbal
