We are looking for a committed and passionate Teaching Assistant (TA) to join their supportive team This school specialises in working with students who have social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and those on the autism spectrum (ASD). About the school: This welcoming school caters to students aged 5 - 16 across two sites, and while you;ll primarily be based at one location, flexibility to work at both may occasionally be required. The school focuses on supporting young people with SEMH challenges, often stemming from trauma, ADHD or autism. About the role: As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Providing general classroom support Offering tailored one-to-one assistance where needed Collaborating with teachers across various subjects Supporting students in developing confidence and overcoming barriers to learning If you have expertise in a particular subject, there may be opportunities to work in areas that match your strengths.
