Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager, or a current Senior Negotiator looking to further their career, to join our Burnham-on-Sea office. This role covers both Burnham-on-Sea and occasionally Weston-super-Mare, offering the opportunity to work in a diverse marketplace that ranges from first-time homes to large country properties. Must have experience of conducting valuations/market appraisals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate New Business: Proactively register applicants, follow up on incoming leads from our website and other portals, and engage in canvassing activities.
2. Valuations and Listings: Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive marketing presentations.
3. Client Engagement: Manage and maintain regular contact with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and provide feedback.
4. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
5. Sales Progression: Assist in the progression of sales from offer acceptance through to completion, liaising with both the vendor and purchaser together with solicitors, mortgage brokers/surveyors, and other agents.

1. Driven and Passionate: You must have a strong drive to succeed, with a passion for property and helping clients achieve their goals.
2. Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
3. Business Acumen: Ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities within the local market.
4. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in IT and the ability to embrace new technologies that enhance business operations.
5. Social Media Skills: A good understanding of social media platforms is advantageous.
What We Offer:
1. Competitive Salary: Basic salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000, with an OTE of £35,000, plus various incentives and commissions.
