Key Responsibilities as a SEN Teacher:
* Deliver customised lessons and interventions for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to support individual learning plans.
* Tailor lesson content and teaching methods to meet the needs of students with various learning difficulties, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and emotional/behavioural challenges.
* Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
* Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to the SENCO.
* Support students in both their academic and social/emotional development.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, either in a classroom or support role.
* Strong understanding of SEN provisions, including the ability to differentiate lessons and materials.
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
