Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to support individual learning plans. Tailor lesson content and teaching methods to meet the needs of students with various learning difficulties, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and emotional/behavioural challenges. Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment. Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to the SENCO. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, either in a classroom or support role.
