Job Description:
Are you interested in everything to do with electronics? Do you thrive on (repair) challenges and would you like to learn something new every day? Then we want you!
As a Senior Repair Engineer, you will work with your colleagues on the analysis, measurement, repair, and testing of industrial electronics. You and about 12 colleagues will form a team of enthusiastic technicians, where you will learn from each other and from every new assignment you get. You don’t focus on just one make or model; instead, you immerse yourself in industrial electronics from all over the world. Using the huge stock of spare parts and components, you can quickly fix defects and malfunctions.
What Will You Do?
1. Carry out diagnostics and repairs of electronic equipment used in industry, including work at component level (such as PLCs, HMI panels, CNC components, servo drives, UPS, PCBs and others).
2. Test and optimize repaired equipment to ensure full functionality.
3. Solder and work with tools and measuring instruments.
4. Create and maintain technical documentation of work performed, diagnoses, and spare parts used.
What do we offer?
1. Colleagues with ambition are also welcome. For those with the drive, there are opportunities for growth and development within the role.
2. The possibility to follow training courses to increase your knowledge.
3. Possibility to work abroad in our branches in The Netherlands, Poland, China, and Brazil.
4. 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
5. Private medical insurance: medical history disregarded.
6. Group Life insurance: 8x annual salary.
7. Group Income Protection: 75% for 5 years after 26 weeks UNIS pay.
8. Critical illness: 1x annual salary.
9. A pleasant workplace, where collegiality, a casual work atmosphere, and space for ownership are central.
What do we expect from you?
1. You have relevant knowledge of electronic components.
2. You have experience of repairing electronic components at the component level.
3. You have a passion for industrial electronics.
4. You can recognize malfunctions and errors in measuring and testing equipment.
5. You are able to correctly interpret measurement and test data.
