Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm / Monday - Friday (with some flexibility)

As our client continues to grow and take on even more ambitious projects, they're looking for an energetic, driven, and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join their close-knit team. The Role: In this exciting position, you'll be working side-by-side with the Admin Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the business. Whether you're handling key data or supporting day-to-day activities, this role will give you hands-on experience in a fast-paced, forward-thinking company. Key Responsibilities:
1. Accreditation Management: Keep accreditations up to date with industry-leading bodies like CHAS, Construction Line, Safe Contractor, and Achilles.
2. Carbon Footprint Data: Help our client lead the way in sustainability by managing the Carbon Quota software and tracking the carbon footprint.
3. Supplier Liaison: Organise new client onboarding by submitting supplier information requests and sourcing quotes from materials suppliers.
4. Financial Support: Assist with Xero accounting software, ensuring smooth financial operations.
5. Inventory & Fleet Coordination: Conduct stock checks, order materials, and manage the vehicle fleet to keep everything running smoothly.
6. Safety & Compliance: Help maintain and update their tools, equipment, and staff certifications to ensure they are always operating at their best.
7. Database Management: Build and maintain accurate databases of subcontractors, suppliers, and key contacts, helping them stay organised and efficient.

7. Proficient in Excel (essential), with experience in compiling tenders a bonus.
8. A full UK driver's license (essential).
