About Our Client
We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing manufacturing company known for innovation, quality, and commitment to operational excellence. As they continue to evolve, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Financial Controller to lead their finance function and play a pivotal role in implementing Microsoft Office 365 across the business.
Job Description
* Lead and manage the finance team to deliver accurate financial reporting and robust financial control.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
* Manage the implementation of Microsoft Office 365 across the business - including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI, and OneDrive - to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
* Identify and deliver improvements to systems and processes in line with best practices.
* Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
* Develop financial strategies to support business growth.
The Successful Applicant
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
* Demonstrable experience in leading or co-leading an Office 365 implementation (including finance-specific tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint).
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and analysis.
* Tech-savvy with a change management mindset.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
