A day in the life of…
As Food & Beverage Guest Service Manager, you will be resposible for all aspects of Food & Beveage in the hotel which includes delivery of our buffet breakfast, and responsibility for creating new menus using branded templates, along with ensuring the correct information is logged on our allergen matrix. Additionally you will ensure liquor orderis are placed and stock is controlled as per company guidelines. You will act as Manager on Duty to ensure a smooth shift is operated and manage the team on duty. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.
Based in the Hampton by Hilton Sheffield you will be part of a small (but mighty!) team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
