Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Proven experience teaching mathematics, preferably at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to make maths accessible and engaging. Commitment to continuous professional development and high teaching standards.
