Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid, however you should be able to travel to our Edinburgh office, 2 days per week for this position.

We’re looking for a Lead People Consultant to join our Change & Delivery team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.
* This role will play an active part in helping Tesco Bank integrate as part of Barclays and will work closely with centres of expertise to deliver change and support our colleagues through the transition. You will partner with the business and bring a strong delivery focus, prioritising on the things that will have the biggest impact for our colleagues.
* You will work as part of a pool of People Consultants bringing a breadth of knowledge and experience across all areas of HR to help deliver change at pace, using agile techniques and ways of working to add value quickly.
* There is lots of varied and interesting work to get stuck into and this role is integral to helping the function deliver change whilst also being part of a team where there are opportunities to learn new skills and try out new ways of working.
What you’ll be doing
* Collaborating with key stakeholders, senior leaders, and the wider People team on complex HR, ER, and organisational change programmes. Drawing on previous HR experience as required.
* Contracting with stakeholders at all levels of Tesco Bank to diagnose and deliver solutions to People related business issues.
* Supporting the People team in the development and implementation of significant project and change plans aligned to people strategy.
* Gather and use data from a wide range of sources to analyse key themes and identify possible impacts on the business.
We need you to have
* HR experience in either generalist or a variety of specialist HR roles.
* Ability to set clear outcomes and plans, managing stakeholders to delivery of those plans.
* Scoping, designing and implementing Organisation Design changes either enterprise wide or more targeted.
* Experience in delivering people change across an organisation.
