Client Services Support Officer (Casual)
Catholic Education Tasmania are looking for a passionate and engaging candidate to join a driven and energetic team in the provision of Information Technology (IT) initiatives across the Catholic education system.
As the Client Services Support Officer, you will:
* Resolve ICT service requests and incidents on first contact.
* Prioritise and escalate ICT service requests as required within agreed timeframes.
* Contribute to the development, implementation, maintenance, and review of systems, policies, procedures, and practices necessary for the efficient and effective administrative operations of the team.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:
* Certificate III in ICT or equivalent relevant experience.
* Work experience providing a variety of ICT services and support to diverse users.
* Able to resolve routine problems and possess diagnostic skills to resolve complex problems related to data, equipment, or systems.
