Exam Invigilators – Selby

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit reliable, organised, and attentive Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools in Selby during the upcoming exam season.
This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work in a school setting – ideal for students, retirees, teaching assistants, or anyone looking to gain experience in education. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
* Supervising students during exams in line with exam board and school procedures
* Ensuring exam conditions are maintained at all times
* Distributing and collecting exam materials and papers
* Assisting with setting up and packing away exam rooms
* Reporting any incidents or irregularities to senior staff
Minimum Requirements:
* Be punctual, professional, and highly observant
* Remain calm and confident under pressure
* Be comfortable working with secondary-age students
* Be available during key exam periods (primarily May to June)
* Hold or be willing to apply for a Child Workforce Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (we can support with this)
