Sales Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator, to join a large-independent, family-owned business based in Mallusk.
This is a Full-Time Temporary ongoing position – with an immediate start.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm.
Hourly rate: £12.21
Essential Criteria:
* Previous administration experience
* Good level of IT literacy.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload, adhering to tight deadlines.
* Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Inputting details into the system.
* Allocating vehicles for sale.
* Daily/Weekly Reporting for clients.
* Liaising with Government Vendors and Buyers.
* Registering new customers and buyers.
* Dealing with the public to answer general enquiries.
* General administration for Government Contracts.
* Carrying out weekly audits on sales and stock.
