Key Responsibilities
* Carryout diagnosis and repair of complex mechanical and electrical faults
* You must have 5 years+ experience of working within the automotive industry, and be able to work on to own initiative and also in a team.
* Carry our service, diagnostic and repair work, as directed.
* Inspecting for wear and tear/general faults
* Completing work to DVSA standards
* Carry out MOT inspections on vehicles (Desirable)
* Provide excellent customer service and deliver best practices, synonymous with the luxury manufacturing brand.
Skills/Experience
* IT Literacy
* Previous experience as a Technician: Minimum 5 years
* A valid full UK driving license
* Attention to Detail and Accuracy
* A relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 as a minimum - ideally Level 4 trained) is ideal but not essential
* Skilled diagnostic and repair vehicle technician with a proven track record in fault finding. Experienced using serial diagnostic equipment, multimeters and ideally but not essentially use of oscilloscopes for testing.
* Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic components
* Have experience across a range of vehicle brands.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills.
