We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committedNurse into the role of Senior Band 6 Nurse based within the DORNeighbourhood Team. It is envisaged thatthe individual appointed will be primarily based at Droitwich Medical Centre,but will also work across the Neighbourhood Team, including at our satellitebase in Tenbury. There will be necessity to carry out clinical visits topatients within their own homes depending on the needs of the service, makingthis a really exciting and diverse Role.
Our Neighbourhood Team is an integrated team of Registered Nurses,Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Health Care Assistants, AdvancedClinical Practitioners, and Administrators and work together in our localNeighbourhood and alongside our GP partners to support people in their home environment.
Main duties of the job
The role will require:
1. The ability to communicate effectively withothers at all levels
2. Working flexibly to provide the servicedelivery need across the local area. The service operates from 7:30am 6:30pm,Monday to Sunday including bank holidays. Some weekend work will be required.

The post holder will:
