Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a Contact Centre Environment dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of enquiries ensuring the best level of customer service at all times.
You will have your own caseload of customers providing guidance and support during the process and ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
Profile
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as hospitality and retail
