What We're Looking For Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). Key Responsibilities Lead a team of nursery practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education. Plan and deliver stimulating activities tailored to children's individual needs, in line with the EYFS framework. Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment where children feel supported to learn and develop. Build strong and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Observe and assess children's development, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Promote a love of the outdoors through activities in the nursery's expansive outdoor space.
