Role Overview:
The Reception Manager is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient processes. This role focuses on team leadership, operational excellence, and enhancing the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Motivate, lead, and develop the team to exceed service expectations.
* Manage rotas, absences, and clock cards for team members.
* Implement company procedures and operational standards.
* Oversee and maintain the property management system for effective operations.
* Train and support the team to handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly.
* Manage and resolve guest concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
* Optimize sales, maximize room occupancy, and use upselling techniques to drive revenue.
* Report weekly on key performance indicators.
* Take responsibility for managing incidents, accidents, or fire evacuations.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and address any issues promptly.
