THE ROLE
Responsibilities
As Territory Sales Manager, you will manage and grow an established client base while driving new business within Belfast & Northern Ireland. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Engaging with dental professionals selling innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes.
2. Building long-term relationships working with dentists, practice owners, and clinical decision-makers to maximize business opportunities.
3. Delivering high-quality product demonstrations & consultations, ensuring clients understand the value of premium solutions.
4. Working autonomously, backed by comprehensive training, marketing, and strong brand support.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced dental sales professional who understands how to influence clinical decision-makers in a consultative, high-value sales process.
1. 3 years of field sales experience selling to dentists or dental practices (experience with implants, orthodontics, dental equipment, or consumables is desirable but not essential).
2. A proven track record in consultative selling, with the ability to educate and influence key stakeholders.
3. Hunter mentality competitive, target-driven, and skilled at identifying and closing opportunities.
4. Experience in the private dental sector is highly desirable.
5. Ability to work autonomously while being part of a high-performing sales team.
Please note: Prior experience selling to dental practices or dental professionals is essential, whether it's implants, orthodontics, dental equipment, consumables, or other related products.
