Psychology Graduate – School-Based Role (Bolton)
Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a school setting? Do you have a passion for supporting young people and making a real difference in their education?
We are seeking Psychology graduates to work in secondary schools across Bolton, providing support to students with additional needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), SEN (Special Educational Needs), and general classroom support.
Role Overview:
* Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to support students in and out of the classroom
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs
* Assist with behaviour management and emotional well-being interventions
* Gain valuable experience for careers in educational psychology, teaching, or mental health
What We’re Looking For:
* A Psychology (or related) degree
* Experience working with young people (voluntary or paid) is beneficial
* A passion for education and supporting students' well-being
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
