Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rota and Capacity Co-ordinator to join the team to cover Women & Childrens. This post will be across two areas. We are looking for someone who has previous NHS experience in an administration role. The successful candidate must have attention to detail and be able to deal with unexpected tasks in short time frames. They must be able to communicate effectively with all grades of staff. This is a permanent contract for a full-time post. Main duties of the job Experience of rota/scheduling management, working in an administrative/office environment, strong IT/computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook are essential to this role. The post will involve accurate leave processing and rota administration to ensure operational efficiency across the Directorate in support of the Trust targets and effective forward planning. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is organised, methodical and is able to multi-task. Candidates should be team players who can use their initiative to prioritise work load and work to agreed timescales and deadlines. Candidates should be flexible and adaptable in their approach, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with colleagues face to face, by email or on the telephone.
