We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor role based in the West Bromwich area. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a growing manufacturing company. Salary - £26-28K Hours - 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday Main Duties: First point of contact for customer queries Answering a range of internal and external calls. Escalating problems internally when required Following up delivery schedules, identifying products required by the customer and ensuring queries are dealt with in a proactive and timely manner. Tracking outstanding deliveries and liaising with site managers/transport team. Processing customer orders & raising additional items required to resolve aftercare issues. Requirements: Previous office based customer service experience in a fast paced environment. Strong IT and administration skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willing to learn, flexible and adaptable Strong problem solving skills
