Accounts Payable Specialist
We’re looking for a Payment Operation Specialist to join us at our Business Centre in Bradford

The team is responsible for Purchase to Pay, Billing, Customer Payments, and Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations and Travel and Expenses.

What will you be doing?
Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, this role is responsible for performing the most complex and challenging tasks within the team, and to identify and deliver process improvements.
This is an exciting time to join the team because the company is going through a period of significant change, including the transfer of work into Shared Service Centre, a company merger, and major upgrades to the Purchase to Pay systems.
* Delivering timely and accurate processing of specialist invoice processing tasks.
* Delivering an excellent customer experience to our suppliers and internal customers through speedy resolution of queries.
* Performing month-end close activities.
* Ensuring compliance with SOx and audit requirements.
* Simplifying and aligning processes across the merged companies.
* Partnering the IT team and the business on UAT testing for a major upgrade to the ERP system.
* Manage the team in the absence of the Accounts Payable Manager.

* Experience of working with SAP, Ariba, and Jira.
* Ability to speak German.
* Strong Excel skills.
