The Role:

As the HR Coordinator you will provide a comprehensive service, implement best practice and maintain key processes & procedures across the group.
What you will be doing:
1. Monitor the HR email inbox and respond accordingly to any employee queries in a timely manner.
2. Assisting with employee engagement, employee relations and D&I initiatives.
3. Continually review HR processes and operational services sharing solutions and identifying efficient and effective processes and procedures that can be implemented.
4. Conduct exit interviews and advising our senior leadership team on corrective action and continuous improvement.
5. Attend grievance/capability/disciplinary meetings.
6. Participate and collaborate with our various departments to develop and implement HR initiatives.
7. Reviewing and refining HR policies where necessary.
Who we are looking for:
1. Previous experience within HR either as a HR Coordinator or at a similar level.
2. Proficient with MS Office.
3. Willing to travel when required.
