2nd/3rd Line Service Desk – £35 – 40K – Hybrid
My client, a reputable managed service provider (MSP) located in the Cambridge area, is seeking a 2nd/3rd Line Service Desk Technician to join their dedicated team in providing support to external clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with diverse IT support experience to further develop their skills and advance their careers. Candidates must have prior experience in an MSP setting to be eligible for this position.
Responsibilities Include:
* Manage and support client accounts effectively.
* Provide networking assistance and resolve general helpdesk inquiries.
* Occasionally travel to client sites to deliver on-site support.
Skills Required:
* Strong networking expertise, particularly with SonicWall.
* Proficiency in LAN 3 networking switches.
* Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365.
* Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server.
