Having negotiateda landmark agreement with Somerset Council WCI is the soleaccredited supplier of phosphate credits based on septic tankupgrades in the UK. This allows us to deliver free septic tankupgrades to homeowners funded by housing developers seekingplanning permission for new homes.
We are nowseeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to supportdevelopers through thisprocess.
TheRole:
As Customer RelationshipManager for our Phosphate Credit Scheme youll manage the demandside of the scheme. Engaging actively with developers and referrersyoull drive demand and manage multiple workstreams to guidecustomers through our sales and contractualprocesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Receiving expressions of interest andensuring all enquires are correctly registered and dealt withpromptly.
* Actively engaging with developers andreferrer communities to drive demand.
* Maintaining an active register of creditpurchases ensuring all customer and regulatory responsibilities areefficiently fulfilled.
* Preparing salesdocuments legal agreements and coordinating the compilation ofplanning documents.
* Dealing with planningauthorities throughout the process and keeping abreast ofregulatory frameworks and guidance.
* Dealingwith a range of administrative tasks to support the wider team.
ThePerson:
The ideal candidate willhave:
* Exceptional communicationskills and the ability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment.
* Excellent attention to detail andthe ability to multitask effectively.
* A proactive approachwith the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience withCRM.
* Strong numerical skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a teamenvironment.
* An understanding of the planningprocess would be beneficial.
* Experience ofworking in an affiliated industry would be advantageous for exampletown planning architecture or real estate.
