About the Role
As an Examinations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of all examination processes across the College. Working closely with the Examinations Co-Ordinator, you’ll ensure data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and a seamless experience for students and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and administer all aspects of examinations, including registration, timetabling, and results distribution.
* Maintain accurate examination records and ensure compliance with awarding body regulations.
* Provide outstanding customer service by addressing examination-related queries promptly.
* Support invigilation arrangements, room bookings, and other logistical tasks.
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies in student records and examination data.
* Assist with managing online examination processes and achievement data updates.

We’re looking for a team player who can combine technical expertise with excellent interpersonal skills. Key qualifications and attributes include:
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in an administrative role within an office environment.
* Strong skills in data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
* Analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
* Collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently when required.
