Description Join the Strategic Programs team to support our global business transformation initiatives which set the direction for the CCOR organization. You’ll be an excellent communicator and partner with cross-functional groups to developing plans, manage dependencies, analysing potential risks/benefits, always keeping an eye on target delivery. You will focus on improving end-to-end processes and tools that will enhance the client and employee experience while driving a continuous improvement culture As a Project Manager in the team Strategic Programs team, you will manage projects in a controlled fashion and will be familiar with handling multiple competing priorities, driving a clear way through blockers and issues. Using your experience and negotiation skills, you will handle large groups of stakeholders, dealing with conflicts and managing the program RAID in a transparent way to ensure all impacted areas are aware of the challenges being faced to generate creative ways of resolving risks and issues to delivery. Job responsibilities Manages multiple fast-paced, cross-functional strategic priorities that have significant regional and global impact Lead working groups to concrete actionable deliverables, identifies and escalates issues/risks, and achieves agreement on scope and delivery milestones Develop project plans that accurately reflect the tasks, owners and deliverables produced across each work stream - holding owners to account on delivery dates and managing potential slippages proactively Partner with various stakeholders (Service, Ops, Tech and Product) and Subject Matter Experts to identify and address efficiency opportunities to continuously improve the business Acts as a part of the solution – leads working groups to achieve the best business value possible Maintain a controlled environment by ensuring projects are completed in accordance with all Risk, Control and other relevant firmwide guidelines Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experienced Project Manager – CAPM/PMP a bonus Broad delivery experience, including understanding of tools, processes and best practices Strategic thinker with proven analytical abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate progress and issues to the team and stakeholders regularly, thoroughly, and clearly Proven ability to work independently and through ambiguity and define path forward Demonstrated initiative and creativity to ensure successful and timely execution Advanced confluence skills, comfortable working and tracking delivery of tech teams using Jira Advanced MS PowerPoint and excel skills, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex subject matter into digestible executive communications Intellectual curiosity and propensity to learn new subjects quickly Strong inter-personal skills to instill confidence and trust Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in Financial Services, Business Operations or compliance Knowledge and experience using workflow tools (Visio, Gliffy), collaboration tools – Confluence, Lucid Chart and Jira PM Certification
