Job Title: Team Manager – Adult Team
Location: Cornwall
Pay Rate: £40 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available in Cornwall. They are looking for a Team Manager to join their Adult Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will attend and chair a range of meetings as required. You will oversee the timely completion of assessments to facilitate hospital discharge and create flow. You will utilize support planning skills to commission support and care. Additionally, you will manage the completion of needs assessments and undertake managerial actions such as complaint investigation and staff management.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
