As a teaching assistant with us, you will be involved in a range of fulfilling tasks, including:
* Small Group Support: Work with small groups within lessons to provide additional support for their learning.
* Individualized Attention: Take small groups and individual pupils out of the classroom to focus on specific areas.
* SEN Support: Provide one-to-one support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Collaborative Work: Take directions from teachers and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within groups.
* Subject Expertise: Have confidence in supporting students in subjects like maths and English.
The ideal candidate for this role should:
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or Higher: Possess the necessary educational qualifications.
* Have Relevant Experience: Demonstrate experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting, through either voluntary or paid work.
* Confidence in Subject Support: Feel confident in supporting students in maths and English.
