What You'll Need to Have
* Experience in kitchen planning is advantageous, although not required.
* You have an interest in people’s life at home and look to provide customers with personalised solutions that meet their needs.
* You have experience working in a customer-oriented business, working closely with sales targets and customer conversion rates.
* Confidence to take personal initiatives and be open to change, with the ability to find solutions to complex problems and communicate effectively with customers.
* Confident in learning and working with a variety of computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Kitchen Planning Tools.
What You’ll Be Doing on the Day to Day
* Planning & designing kitchens for customers in both initial and follow-up appointments to provide accurate plans, along with installation and custom worktop quotations where appropriate.
* You actively engage with our customers identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
* Support maximising sales by ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop.
* Support with responding to customer emails, securing payments both in store and remotely.
* You will communicate with customers in a variety of ways, including email, text, and calls starting from pre-appointment calls, and continuing through planning and purchase of their kitchen.
