Overall Objective: To assist with the organisation, coordination and management of Quality Assurance within Esh Group. Key Accountabilities: Work closely with Esh Group staff, clients, supply chain and associated businesses to ensure smooth coordination of training and development Scanning and storage of documents To maintain accurate records for all QA documents within field view and viewpoint Providing support within the HSEQ Department Assist in the development and maintenance of all relevant Management system including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 Assist the Quality Manager with office and site-based audits Ensuring monthly tasks are completed to meet deadlines Ensure professional communication at all times Conducting internal audits and inspections Collaborate with site management and construction teams to address QA issues and implement corrective actions Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures Manage own time to achieve all targets are met General Responsibilities: The Group is committed to achieving a high standard of Health and Safety in all its activities and the post holder will be expected to contribute to maintaining standards to ensure compliance with all appropriate legislation To take a full role in the implementation of personal development through appraisals and to participate in any identified training or development opportunities To recognise the importance of Fairness, Inclusion and Respect in the workplace, to treat everyone with dignity and respect Key Measurements: Customer and colleague feedback Piece rate / output productivity work Participation with the apprenticeship framework; including college attendance, on-site assessments and testing, where required Work safely and efficiently Weekly and monthly tasks both internal and external Quality of reporting Experience & Qualifications: IT literate including knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Full valid UK driving licence desirable Personal Skills: Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Able to follow instructions Takes pride in work Willing & eager to learn Effective team player Punctual and reliable Satisfactory communication skills written, face to face and over the telephone Satisfactory time management skills Professional behaviour at all times Remains focused when faced with competing demands
