We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic, fast-paced team driving technology and business transformation across a UK-wide real estate and logistics platform.
You’ll play a key role in delivering change initiatives—ranging from light-touch task coordination through to fully governed, complex projects. Many of these will be tech-focused, including system rollouts, process optimisation, and introducing new tools and services.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams
* Creating and managing delivery plans and timelines
* Overseeing budgets, risks, and key stakeholder communications
* Driving execution of digital and process improvement projects
* Ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years of project management experience in tech and transformation
* Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics-related projects is a plus
* Confident using MS Project, Azure DevOps, and the full MS Office suite
* A self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Real estate experience would be beneficial
