GM Recruitment are recruiting a Project Manager for an immediate start - to lead the conversion of existing commercial space into 115 residential units. Our client is a respected developer and contractor with an enviable list of projects. You are a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and excellent organisational abilities. Key Responsibilities: Design Co-Ordination (managing and co-ordinating all design consultants); Producing and regularly updating the construction programme; Monitor and managing the project budget; Stakeholder management and reporting (managing upwards and providing regular reports to equity partners, lender and other stakeholders) Lead and manage project team, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are upheld; Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly enforced across sites; Proactively identify and resolve site challenges to maintain project continuity; What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a Construction Project Manager role; A strong track record of managing high-quality construction projects to successful completion, on time and within budget; Exceptional leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage project teams effectively; Solid understanding of UK construction industry standards, techniques, and health and safety regulations; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Proficiency in construction-related software and tools for project tracking and reporting; Relevant qualifications in construction management, project management, or a similar field are advantageous.This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to join a company that values quality, teamwork, and a commitment to delivery.
